Calculator mount

The price of calculators is so reasonable today that I decided to mount one on my lathe and mill. I just bent up a bracket , added a little Velcro (simple on and off) and the task was completed.

Chopping board

Laying down tools on your mill will eventually mark up the table. I have always liked the idea of protecting the machined surfaces of my equipment with some sort of protection device. I use to just use a board but I think somebody in MSA mentioned cutting boards from K mart. They are cheap, easy to wash and don't soak up any oil. They are also a good source for plastic material.

Chip Guard

A quick and easy chip guard is a scrap piece of Plexiglas with a couple of slots to fit over the two screws in your mill vise. You don't need to tighten it. It just slips on and off the two screws. Because it's easy, you'll end up using it. Keeps the floor clean.

"T" handle holder

This is pretty straight forward. What I like about this is it can swing out of the way. Also a ½ turn and it's off the table. I adjust the stud in the "T" nut so it positions itself in a handy manner.
