An early Case which has been rebodied
|
Here is a photo of Jimmy Hervaton's fabricated double-headed Yoder copy. It's one fine
piece of work, and he has done some good metalshaping with it. Jimmy's business
is named Precision Metalcraft in Warrenton, MO, and he's in the process of
building a custom-bodied roadster for himself that may become an Oakland winner
some day! I'll attach a photo of his machine and of an early Case automobile he
almost totally rebodied using his hammer. Jimmy did fill the column with sand to
help deaden the machine, and it is resting on the floor on large rubber pads,
one on each corner of the square pedestal base! He seems very happy with the
operation of the machine.
