 I'll show you some more pics of the E- wheel that I built a few years ago. I now realize that the use of a pillow block bearing as the lower wheel is not the best because there is no flat in the middle of the radius. At the time I was in need of a tool to make small rust repair panels, and for that it does work pretty good. I made the whole thing in a Sunday afternoon from items that were here at the shop. The frame is 1 x 3 tubing .125 with a throat depth of 12" and height 12". The upper wheel is a belt tension idler pulley off a car I scrapped (sorry can't remember what car). The lower wheel adjustment is a fine thread welded in the bottom of the frame that pushes on the bottom of the welded shut end of the inner post (square tubing).
